Yeah so we’ve been pretty quiet online these past few days things have been pretty hectic. It’s our third day in Austin escaping the UK winter and already love this place and not much riding has gone down haha. We flew out on the 1st from Manchester stopping at Amsterdam and Minneapolis on a 23 hour trip then to top it off got grilled at border control and nearly missed our last connection and honestly thought we where heading home. All said and done we’re laughing about it now.
So we’ve now got the the apartment pretty much sorted, got the beds and next door give us a couch and most importantly got the WiFi sorted.
First day we headed up to Empire BMX set off with no 3G or map so it took us like an hour and a half, all fun and got to see the city. The shop was so good and so much stock and the half built ramp looks nuts and the staff are so friendly. Like everyone over here.
Hate to admit we still haven’t rode much haha, we’ve been out in Downtown every night we have been here and day one we where hungover to say the least. Headed to House park yesterday but was super busy with it being weekend. So where going to get the sessions in the week. Roll on tomorrow.
This living on your own is prving so funny. Laughing all the time. Cooking…fires, mess and so much funny antics.
